Crucible hook when content is modified

Hello fellow Crucible users,

Is there something like a web hook that is available to monitor when content of a review is modified (Either at creation or after creation).

I have to review a custom file format that cannot be by Crucible. My plan is then to "listen" all review content change events and when this specific file type is added, I generate an image of that custom file and attach it to the review.

Do you have something else to suggest to achieve what I need?
