Crucible Review: "add content" dialogue cannot resolve author changesets.

When adding content for review, Crucible cannot resolve author tags to mapped users. As a result valid changesets will not appear in the Browse Changesets dialogue.

For sites will many mapped users (eg. contributions originating from various author names or email but mapped to one author) this can be extremely troublesome when one must search for review content by author, as the changeset will not appear in the browse list until the correct author tag is found.
