Crucible - FISHEYE_INST relocation

After a complete fresh install of Crucible, I created a separate FISHEYE_INST folder, copied the config.xml from original location to this folder and created a system environment variable ( for now, later will be part of the wrapper's input parameters) for this. After a restart I see new a 'var' folder created under the FISHEYE-INST directory.

The question is, can the original 'var' folder under FISHEYE_HOME be deleted? If not deleted would that cause any problems?

Yes, it won't be in use anymore. To be safe just rename it, in a week or two delete it.
