Announcement Banner in Fisheye Crucivle

Hello together,

 

how can i set a banner in Fisheye Crucible without a Announcement Banner Plugin and also without a Welcome Message. i found out that on Confluence its very easy and i m searching for a same simple way to configure it.

I'm afraid there is no announcement banner available out of the box in FishEye/Crucible.   You can try using plugin available on marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.glintech.fisheye-announcement-banner/server/overview or writing your own plugin, perhaps?
