We have been tasked to provide a resource that provides development operations tool repository with adequate software tools to support DoD needs and ensure continued access to licensed tools capable of scaling as the DoD application portfolio grows. There are approximately 100 custom applications in the Department of Defense portfolio under this project. We have been tasked to provide management and oversight of the licenses associated for one of the applications; however, this toolkit will be used as the projects grow. I want to know more about JIRA and the ease of using the product to fulfill this mission.
