Trying to find a tool to generate DevOps reports

I am trying to generate the usual 4 DevOps reports for our projects at Woven Planet.

Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Not looking for immediate cost, but if there is a tool that gives Free Trail and we like it, then cost can be surely absorbed later.

Our projects are on Jira in Data Center.
