Spilt the yml files

I have an yml file to deploy my api all at once but i want to deploy them individually by splitting the yml file into separate files is it possible. What are the changes that i should be making in the bitbucket file in order to achieve this functionality.
Should I also consider making some changes to the deployment scripts that i have written ?
