Using group-level-admin REST API

I would like to use the group-level-admin endpoint (https://docs.atlassian.com/atlassian-crowd/5.1.1/REST/#admin/1.0/group-level-admin-addGroupAdministrators)

I'm familiar with REST API but here I don't understand how to use it in term of shema, the documentation is very poor.

Do you have a detailed exemple of the usage ?
