After disabling "Require Consistent Client IP Address" in Session Configuration, I can't login to CROWD anymore. The login page is juste refreshing. If someone can help me please.

Just a quick guess: are you not getting any error in the browser when you try to login?
In that case you might have to clear your browser cookies and try again. It's a behavior I have seen when changing the cookie token setting but not the client IP address.
