For individual projects we open project spaces in Confluence. This spaces are visible for people involved with the project.
For external users I'm looking for a best practice process to give them access to the project spaces.
We have a CROWD server where the external user registers with his email address / Atlassian ID,... but then, how does he get the right persmissions assigned?
My idea was to have a landing page in an unrestricted space where the external user can request permissions to certain spaces. The problem is that we do not want to publish a space directory.
How do you handle this in your organizations?
Furthermore we want the permissions for external users to expire space by space in a given time period. Any ideas?
