I recently changed the SQL DB password, updated it in the config.xml file and restarted services. Crowd services start up fine, but the web interface never displays, and the other Atlassian tools won't allow anyone to authenticate.
The catalina.out log doesn't have anything but INFO lines. What else do I need to check?
