I'm having issues with the Crowd SSO not working. I have everything configured, but when I log into the Crowd application and then open Jira, it doesn't automatically log me in.

Did you follow all steps in this KB - https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/integrating-crowd-with-atlassian-jira-192625.html

Couple of things to take note of:

• Both Jira and Crowd need to be on the same domain *.yourdomain.com otherwise SSO doesn't work.
• You need to change Jira's authenticator to use the SSO authenticator and not Jira's native authenticator in seraph-config.xml

Yes, I had done all that...it was the checkbox for the persistent ip on the crowd server that was preventing it from performing correctly. I unchecked that box and it works perfectly.
