Can the Crowd Login screen be customised?

The login screen on Crowd 4.0 ('Atlassian - Hello there') looks different to Crowd 2.11 ('Log in to Crowd Console'). Is this what comes with the upgrade or was my Login screen customised. If yes, which file is it?

I use Delegated Authentication Directory to authenticate with the application.
