We have Crowd and JAMA Contour sync'ing the user directories. Recently we noticed that when we change a users gorups in Crowd, when it sync's to JAMA, it wipes out the groups for that user and the user ca no longer login. We have made no changes to JAMA or Crowd recently. Any ideas what can casue this?
