widget connector macro behaviour in confluence cloud

Widget connector macro in the confluence dc looks in this way
But when migrated to confluence cloud, it seems to show error loading the extension upon which when added manually the widget macro espically the 'https://www.figma.com/'
may i know what could be the possible reason, cleared the browser cache, but the issue doesnt get fixed, any possible solution for the same
