why a team member cannot see their own tasks in wiki/plugins/inlinetasks/mytasks.action

Hello Fellows, 

does anyone know why a team member cannot see their own tasks when they log into: 

https://....... /wiki/plugins/inlinetasks/mytasks.action

I have verified, and they are seing "assigned to me" and "incomplete".

What does he/she sees there?

Can you verify that is the same person mentioned on the specific tasks?
