where is the create template option in cloud?

Hi,

and related videos/how to guides have a set of steps for creating a template that do not match what I am seeing in the latest cloud version. 

exactly how do I get to the "create template" option on the latest version? screens or videos would be appreciated, I am admin of the space I am playing in but I cannot see the option anywhere.
