when a page is published it does not change the status

Hi!

We use the Comala Workflow macro to publish a page in another space (Draft and Public). However, some of our users are reporting that when published, the page does not change in the Public Space.
Analyzing further, I noticed that the statuses we had on the pages when it was published (Publish) and when it underwent changes (Out of sync) disappeared and all pages have the status "New".

Does anyone know why this change was made and if it is linked to the user's problem? And also how to fix this problem
