what happens to a confluence database after a sandbox refresh

Confluence database broken in Sandbox after a refresh of production data. Do we need to re-create this by hand after a refresh of the Sandbox of Production data?

Is only one specific database broken or are *all* databases (the content type I am assuming) broken?

The user said all databases are broken in the Sandbox after we initiated a refresh from our production environment.

In that case I'd open a support request with Atlassian Support
