Hello

/var/atlassian/application-data/confluence/temp
The capacity of is growing.
It currently occupies about 200GB.
Is there any problem that can be an obstacle after we end the confluence first and erase all the contents of the temp?

I ask for your help.
Thank you.

That folder should be getting cleaned up automatically: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/too-many-files-in-the-temp-directory-change-the-backup-directory-for-a-manual-backup-104300768.html

So it depends a bit what you have in there that is growing, since it should ideally be getting periodically cleaned up.

It is a temp at the end of the day, and no files in there should be critical. If you stop confluence and delete the contents, you should be fine. If you delete the contents when Confluence is running, you could potentially cause a problem somewhere if Confluence is trying to use a file in the temp directory.

So if you're not sure, stopping Confluence first will be safe, but you really shouldn't need to manually remove anything from that directory.
