use Atlassian MCP to update the table(add a new row) inside the confluence page
the wiki table corrupts...

any idea how to handle it properly

I'm not aware MCP can do this.

You can use the API for this, but as mentioned by @Tomislav Tobijas check how data is stored on a page

I haven't tried updating the page body (that contains a table), so I can't say much.
How are you updating the pages here? Have you checked page storage formats to see how it looks before and after? That might help you troubleshoot things 🤔
