unable to sign into confluence - 2 step verification issue

Hi Team,

I am facing issue while signing into confluence site.

After username and password is given, it asks for 2 step verification code where i am unable to provide it as my phone got reset recently and lost the sync. I even do not have security code. Please help in disabling 2 step verification method.
