Hi @mark_pajak What is the URL of your site (in order to know whether you are on-prem or on cloud?
A regular Atlassian user cannot directly view the list of Organization Admins without administrative privileges. Here are a few methods:
- Check "Users" Directory (If you have Limited Access): Go to admin.atlassian.com, select your organization, and navigate to Directory > Users. Some users may be able to see the gray "Org Admin" label next to admin names, depending on permissions.
- Check Group Memberships: In the Directory > Groups area, search for the
org-admins group to see a list of users holding that role.
- Contact Internal IT/Project Leads: Ask internal IT or project leads to look for the "Product Administrator" or "Org Admin" roles in their respective project settings.
- Contact Atlassian Support: If the original creator/admin has left and no one knows who the admin is, raise a ticket with Atlassian Support to identify the administrator.
- Identify Creator: By default, the person who originally subscribed to the cloud instance is added as an administrator.
