Does this happen for all your export templates (ie. global / space)?
I think it is probably best that we handle investigating the root cause in a support ticket as the page loading indefinitely when creating a new template is likely related and could be due to a number of reasons; such as browser extensions, network restrictions and/or cyber security tools.
Can you create a ticket via our support portal here and include a *.data file download for your affected template file (this is accessible via Download from the Actions ••• menu in the template list)?
Additionally, it would be good if you could confirm in the support case if the issue occurs with different browsers too, and also when opening the browser in safe mode (without any extensions enabled).
