i've attached 2 different excel spreadsheets, and then added 2 excel macros one specify each of the different spreadsheets. The format for one of the spreadsheet is being displayed for both excel macros.

I think it would be best if you could provide a screenshot of the original Excel showing what it looks like compared to the output from the macro.
Without the comparison, it will be hard for the community to tell what the formatting difference or issue is that you are referring to.
