table of contents links not working when they point to collapsed item

Hi! I created a Table of Contents using the directive "[toc]" at the top and the page has a lot of block closed between collapse this way:

Quick Links

<H1>Mission</H1>

"

the link in the toc does not work when you click the item "Mission" because it is within a collapse. But if you click in Quick Links, the link works properly. The page is very large and it's needed to put in collapse to shorten it.

Is it possible to make the links work?

this is a bug in Confluence, you can see the JIRA issue here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-37108. Maybe you want to vote for the issue, so it will be fixed soon.
