slack integration stopped when new subpage is added

We noticed today that the confluence cloud slack integration stopped working.

We have it subscribed to post to a channel when someone adds a subpage to a certain page and it just stopped.

I've disconnected it and reconnected it and have added a page to test it, but it's still not sending a message to the channel.

We've noticed the same. I've manually deleted and added pages and disconnected the subscription and recreated it, but the notification never makes it to Slack about the new child page being added.

Very annoying as we distribute release notes internally this way to a slack channel.

I've found a way to actually submit a bug.
In slack: `/confluence feedback`
Not sure if it actually gets reviewed, though.
