My Atlassian Cloud site key-software.atlassian.net was deactivated due to inactivity.
This was a Free plan.
I did not receive any data deletion notice.
There is no option to reactivate the site in admin.atlassian.com.

After deactivation, there is a limited window to reactivate the subscription. If that period has passed, the data can no longer be recovered.
If reactivation is still possible and you are the Org admin, you can follow the steps for reactivating an inactive subscription here:
