signing an NDA for new team member before Jira onboarding

I am starting an NDA project as the owner, and i want all new team member being onboarded into Jira to sign or go through an NDA before getting access. how do i get that done in Jira?

There are multiple approaches.  You did ask this in the Confluence forums, so I will address this from a Confluence perspective.

You could create a Database that you or the NDA person can track who has signed the NDA, date and other info into, and then you can grant Jira access to those that have been verified as signing the NDA.  Entering this data will be manual, unless you have a NDA system that could integrate with Confluence, then you may be able to take advantage of Automation.

There may be addons in the Atlassian marketplace that could assist with this, you will need to do some homework to see if any fit your requirements.
