signed up for Confluence Cloud but can't get back to Dashboard

I signed up, set up an Atlassian URL, etc but now when I log in, I can' t get that Dashboard, ie. the actual Confluence.  All I get is the Manager Your Account screen.  How do I get back to the actual screen where everything is done?  I am new to this and need to learn it for a new job.

Can you please confirm the page that you get directed to when you log in to your site and navigate to the URL - https://<fqdn>/wiki/ (Replace the fqdn parameter with the URL of your Cloud site).

Additionally, do you see the following section when you log in?
