service.bat will not install Confluence as a service

Hello, after upgrading Confluence server from 6.13 to latest (till now) 7.6.2 I uninstalled Confluence service running sc delete "Confluence".

The service deleted successfully, but after running service.bat (<Installation directory>\Confluence\bin nothing happens. I've tried to run it as an Admin too, without result. I've tried to restart the host but the service is still not visible in Services menu.

Host is Windows SErver 2016, database is Mysql 5.7

Running CMD as Admin, navigating to the installation directory\Confluence\bin and running service.bat install Confluence seems to do the work.
