Hello
i have a user who is unable to insert elements for the confluence cloud

try to clean browser cache or to use another browser in order to check if this issue persist.

I have a user experiencing this, too. They are missing the "insert elements" button in the editor. They're an admin and have tried clearing their cache/using other browsers. Any solution to this?

@Laura Myers Welcome to the community. Is this the same issue described in this question: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/December-22-2025-While-editing-a-page-the-Add-button-is-missing/qaq-p/3167398 ?

If so, have the user try typing the / (slash) hotkey to see if the elements menu opens.

still an ongoing issue, do i need a log a support ticket with Atlassian
