Hello,

I have created a rovo agent (bot). How can I make it available for other people in Confluence to use?

What steps do I need to take to make my bot accessible?

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Antonin

Hi @Antonin Moinet

An agent you create shold be accessible for any Confluence user.

This by selecting Rovo and then select the Rovo button with the down arrow to switch to another agent.

Permissions can be set on an gent, but these are not for use, but for edit, delete and manage.

Hello @Antonin Moinet

You need to go to your agent and edit Users and permissions and sections. You can add users as Admin or as Users.
