Hi @Chunzhu Wang ,

I would recommend reaching out to your product or organization admin (the best channel would probably be an internal messaging app, email or a service desk; if the organization has one).

There are probably some organization policies when it comes to granting access and assigning licenses to new users, but there's not much we can do from here as all of that is handled by organization user access admins.
