remove white space on left side of page - after panel added

tglucky March 7, 2018

i've created a custom template, and when the panel is added to a page, it seems like the whole content area is indented. any recommendations for how to eliminate the white space on the left? (below the page title/picture there is a lot of unnecessary white space):

thanks in advance!

Hi Tom,

Can you confirm what version of Confluence you're using and what exactly is in your template? I created a User Template in my Space Tools which just includes a table, and I'm not able to replicate the issue.

Does this occur for many templates that you create or only specific ones? Is there any particular macro in the template that might be causing this?

Regards,

Shannon

version below.

this seems to happen for all templates. I'm using a standard panel, livesearch and page tree macros (see screenshot below).

Hi, Tom,

Unfortunately, this problem seems to be related to the following open bug: CONFCLOUD-56932 - Formatting Changes when Including Specific Macros in Pages.

There's no workaround at the moment, but we suggest you add yourself to the bug report above to receive updates on its status. For additional information on Atlassian's bug fix policy, please visit this guide
