The recently updated macro will only show activity related to updates in pages, not activities such as likes or watches.
I do not believe there is a macro that will display any specific user's like activity.
May I ask why you are interested in tracking this sort of activity? Perhaps there is some other way to discover the data or trends you are looking to monitor.
