We are not sure which account you are asking to be reactivated, but in case you are mentioning your site g*****s.atlassian.net for the Confluence product, we are afraid that it is not possible, since it has been deactivated since February, 2026, due to an extended period of inactivity as shared with you by e-mail.

As it happened some time ago, there are no longer, even on a best effort, a way to restore or reactivate your site.

If this is for anything else though, please let us know.

I've removed the sensitive info from your post. If you are on free tier, accounts get deactivated for 120 days of inactivity.I've requested support from Atlassian.
