"shortcut links" not work when create page from template

Hi

I configure "shortcut link" as describe here. and when I write this [CONF-17025@[deleted]] on a page open below link:

http://192.168.1.1/QuickSearch.jspa?searchString=CONF-17025

but when i write this [CONF-17025@jira] on template, and create page from that template doesn’t work!

I get a number from user and want to automatically link it to my server like this:

[CONF-17025@[deleted]]

when page will be create user click on it and expect to open below link, but it is a simple text not link!

any idea?
