"Something went wrong" Error on CONF Cloud free space

Hi Support team,

Seem to be having issue accessing my space; https://sylicongames.atlassian.net/

When visiting https://home.atlassian.com/, I see CONF pages/recent items, but none are visitable. 

Specifically CONF. JIRA seems slow

CONF is reported fully operational on status page.

Please help me resolve

I have a similar problem. I got an email that my Confluence free would be deactivated on 2025-10-21 if i don't log in. But when i try to login i get the same error message

First Thing i did after it functioned again was a backup :-D
