Dear support team,

The synchronisation between my servers Jira and confluence is possible in only one way.

Jira is able to synchronise with Confluence

Confluence is not able to reach the URL of the Jira server. However, I am able to resolve the URL when I do a nslookup on my linux server.

Thanks for your help

nslookup will only tell you that the remote server is findable.  It doesn't tell you if a particular service is running and available on that server.

From the Confluence server, can you use a "curl" to see what comes back from the url of the Confluence server?
