Hello! I need a plugin for data centra that will allow me to give achievements to company employees. Additionally, I need the ability to give thanks from employee to employee. Please tell me what you have with this functionality.
In which Atlassian product do you actually want to add this functionality? That information is essential to being able to provide you with meaningful advice.
I wrote in trellos by mistake. I'm interested in the data center's confluence. How do I see achievements and thank yous: 1. Achievements are displayed in the employee's card 2. Achievements are assigned manually (by HR) 3. Achievements are assigned automatically (for example, when an employee joins a company) Thank yous: 1. Thank yous are assigned from employee to employee through the employee's card 2. All thank-yous are published on the thank-you page (a separate page in the Confluence) There may be some reporting: by the number of achievements, the type, who received them, etc.

I am not aware of any apps that provide functionality like that for Confluence Data Center. I found a few "gamification" apps but they are available only for Confluence Cloud.
You can search the Atlassian Marketplace. Perhaps there is something that I missed.
