I have a 13-user project tracking screen. I can't access it. It's asking for payment. The project must be activated to make a payment. I can't activate it. Can you help me reactivate this 13-user project?
Hello @Çağlar Berberoğlu ! From what I understand, you previously had a Free plan, you added more than 10 users, Atlassian started a free trial for the Standard plan and the trial expired. You have 2 options:
* Either suspend 3 users and go back to 10 active users. This way you can re-enable the Free plan, in the Billing area of the Admin panel
* Or you can add the credit card details and enable the Standard plan
If you cannot manage to add the credit card details, you can always reach out to the Atlassian support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
