Hi,
I am a newby here , as of now I was able to play around with Confluence with a free plan for some years already. I used it for my private need for co-owners board. But Today , I can't get access to it, all pages are gone , I am like a new user. starting from scratch. Can you help?
To add to the @Walter Buggenhout 's answer @oparis ,if you were inactive for 120+ days, your Confluence site is automatically deactivated by Atlassian.I've requested help from Atlassian support engineers.
Thank you Nikola, i will follow your recommendation :-)

Hi @oparis
Thank you for the escalation. We reviewed the thread and confirmed that an accepted answer has already been provided, and the issue appears to be resolved. No further action is required from our side at this time.
Best regards,
Maksym

Hi @oparis,
Could it be that you haven't logged into your site for quite a while? If a free site is not being used for a while, Atlassian deactivates and eventually permanently deletes them.
The site administrator does receive email notice before this happens, so you get the chance and time to log in again and engage with your data, thus resetting the clock.
My guess is this is what happened to your site. Depending on how long you accessed it for the last time, the site can still be recovered or not. You have 14 days after deactivation to recover the data - unfortunately, if the site is inactive for longer, removal is permanent.
There's a pretty elaborate Community article explaining all the ins and outs of what happens and what you might still be able to do right here.
Hope this helps!
