page crash in chrome with whiteboard

Hi, 

We have a crash of the confluence page containing a whiteboard with jira ticket on it.
It's keep crashing for multiple browser/PC since last week.

Have you tried using different browsers to see if this can be replicated there as well? Or potentially, check how this behaves when you open an incognito window. 👀

There's not much we could do here via Forums, but you could reach out to official Atlassian Support, as they can probably troubleshoot this quicker (as the error code is relevant only to them).
Note that you'll have to be a product/app admin to create a support ticket via the linked official channel.

thanks for your answer. Yes. We tried with multiple browsers from different OS (Windows and MacOS). here is more logs
