A performance issue such as this usually doesn't have one specific cause. We'd really need to have a look at your site logs in order to know what is causing this problem for you and your users.
Could you please have your site admin raise a ticket with Cloud Support so we review your logs?

A few other users have reported something similar, but it appears we're still looking into those cases at this time.
The best thing to do here would be to have your site admin raise a ticket with the Cloud Support team. That way, we can look at your site logs and request access to your site in order to troubleshoot.
Let me know if they have any trouble raising that ticket.
