its almost day completed but not able to ReActivate the account need to active urgent

Hi @chayan chawda 

I have requested assistance from Atlassian for you.

This can take up to 2 business days, they will reach out via this post.

The main reason this probably happend is that your Premium trail has ended and so the downgrade can't be done by you anymore.

It could be done on providing payment fro the premium plan.

My Jira Premium subscription is deactivated. While reactivating, clicking Continue throws ‘Something went wrong’ and the process stops. I want to downgrade the subscription to Free

i already tried support, but my query  doesnt have  a resolution there
