Hi there,
for me it is really a wired behavior ... I am owner, site-admin, space-admin.., etc. and do not have an access to the space... I have just imported ?!?
Im my on-premise confluence- server I am using a different email address.
will appreciate any help.
Regards
Valentin
Hi @Valentin ,
Importing a space will not import any users or groups that may have been granted specific space permissions in your source Confluence site. This means that if any pages are restricted to these groups, you may not be able to see them until you recreate these groups in your destination site.

Look at Restoring space permissions in the article below

Hi Niranjan,
tanks for your answer. I have recreated all the groups on the target site (cloud) & added my account to those. However, I am still not able to access the space.
It looks like a bug.. not a feature :-)

Hi @Valentin - Understood. Did you try these steps?
Go to > General Configuration > Space Permissions.
Choose Recover Permissions beside the newly imported space.
Choose Manage Permissions. This will take you to the Permissions page in that space.
Grant a user or group Space Admin permission for the space and save your changes.

well.., I am on the free plan, so I cannot change the permissions on my space settings...
So it looks, I am not able to import my space without spending $$$ .. ?!
