Hello,
We are facing an issue where new users created and sent the invite link.
It keeps spinning and the code inspector gives the following error.

Has anyone else faced this issue, and where should I start troubleshooting.
Have you tried manually inviting them over to your site and giving the confluence product access?
Add their mail address in the invite team members section and give the product access, they will be able to login to the site
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Some troubleshooting methods:
So the problem here when they accept the invite link right?
Are all the users facing the same issue or is it some of them?
If it is some users they ask them to try with the incognito browser
Is there any software installed in the users computer that may block these requests which is using JS?
Can you also check once generating a new invite link and sending them over to the new users

Hi @Pramodh M
All users that I created after 4th of feb are having login issues.
Already tried incognito.
There is no software that I am aware of that is blocking JS.
I have tried creating a new invite link... and no luck.
