new Cloud Confuence: "unable to communicate with server" "the connection timed out"

Greetings!

 

I set up a brand new confluence cloud, to evaluate for a new team I am on.

I was able to edit and publish one page, but on a child page, I cannot get it to save.

 

Tried in ffox and chrome. On Windows10. Everything is clean as can be.

My team is non technical, if I can't make it work, confluence is a non starter.

 

I'm on the free plan, so I cannot open this with support.

I noticed that you were able to get in touch with our Cloud Support team. I will be confirming the same information here.

We were able to identify that this is actually an unexpected issue and we noticed that it is affecting multiple customers. Our development team is aware of this issue and is already working on a fix for this.
