Hi @nimrodraz

Welcome to the community.

The instance owner,(org admin) should have received mail on payments or if it was a free instance, got mail on the deactivation of the instance, if this was not used anymore.

When did you last use it?

I requested assistance from an Atlassian Support agent for you, this can take up to 48 hours.

Hi @nimrodraz

We're sorry to hear you are unable to access the content you used to have on your Confluence site.

In general, when a trial period is over, there are communications sent to add payment information, which we send by email to admins and billing contacts.

When the trial period is over and no actions are done, the site data will be suspended, and ultimately, deactivated, being no longer possible to recover the data.

A similar process happens with the Free subscription, where we send emails mentioning to users to login and do some activity on the site, such as navigate through pages, edit, create, etc, so it will no longer count as inactive.

When a product Free is inactive for too long, even with the emails sharing the information you need to do some activity there, the Free product is deactivated, but even before that we send emails warning about it and the date when it will happen.

In your case, your site was on the Free subscription scenario, and since your site was inactive for too long and was deactivated, unfortunately, we are no longer able to help with recovering your data.

We understand this is not good news, but we hope this can helps at least clarifying what happened there.

Regards,
Jessica
